After being very disappointed with local pies (for 2 different holidays)  I decided it was time I learned how to make my own pies.  It was scary at first...it seemed like a very hard process.  But once I did it I found it was just as easy as the video (Barefoot Contessa Pie Crust Video) . There's something about a homemade pie!  What's your favorite?
