Baby, It's Cold Outside

We've got a chilling 3 degree temperature today so I thought...Let's warm up with a yummy soup.  This recipe is from my daughter Melissa and it is delicious. It's easy to make, all you do is just throw everything in a pot and come back an hour and a half later and dinner's ready.  It's a nice change from Chicken Noodle soup. In fact I'm making it for dinner tonight!  Here's the recipe

Chicken, Rice and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
1 Rotissorie chicken, deboned and cut up (Costco has a delicious one)
1 package of Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
3 tablespoons of chicken bouillion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celeby
3 cups chopped broccoli
3 cups chopped carrots
1 cup rice (white or brown works)
Large pot of water filled half way (around 15 cups of water)

Bring the pot of water to a boil.  Add Knorr soup mix, bouillion, and cream of chicken soup.  Mix well.  Add the rest of the ingredients.  When soup comes to a full boil, put a lid on it and simmer on low for 1  1/2 hours. Enjoy!  Makes 8 to 12 servies (6 to 8 adults)
